Our filling and flushing station is the perfect solution for the commissioning and maintenance of closed heating systems such as solar systems, underfloor heating, and Wall-mounted heaters. Thanks to the robust trolley, it is not only stable but also incredibly mobile. It can be moved effortlessly up and down stairs, making transport a breeze, even in multi-story buildings.
Main components at a glance:
- Powder-coated steel trolley: Durable and robust, with sturdy aluminum wheels for easy maneuvering. - Powerful pump: Efficient pumping performance with a convenient on/off switch for intuitive operation. - 25-liter polyethylene tank: Generous tank with integrated suction strainer for clean and smooth filling. - Two 2.5-meter hoses: Flexibility thanks to sufficient length to reach various work areas. - Transparent, pressure-resistant hose connectors: Allow visual inspection during pre- and return, so you always have an overview.
- Ball valves on the connection hoses:
For precise control and safe operation.
Each filling station is pressure tested at the factory to ensure maximum safety and quality.
Important notes:
- Do not fill in direct sunlight:
Temperatures exceeding 100°C can occur in the solar circuit, which can cause damage.
- Fill with fluid before initial operation:
The pump is not self-priming and must therefore be filled with fluid before starting.
This station makes maintenance work more efficient and safer. Have you ever thought about how much time and effort you could save? A well-maintained heating or solar system not only operates more efficiently but also extends its lifespan.
