A mixed pump group is a pre-assembled unit for heating systems that includes hydraulic components such as a circulation pump, shut-off valves, thermometers, and, in particular, a 3-way mixing valve. The mixing valve blends warm supply water with cooled return water to create a defined supply temperature, which is especially important in underfloor heating systems with lower operating temperatures. This ensures optimal heat distribution and temperature control within the heating circuit.
