Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 21 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
