To simplify initial setup, the actuators are equipped with the so-called First-Open Function from the factory – meaning they are open when de-energized. This allows heating operation to begin during the shell construction phase, even if the electrical wiring of the individual room control is not yet fully completed. During subsequent commissioning, the First-Open function is automatically deactivated as soon as the operating voltage is applied for more than 6 minutes. From this point on, the actuator is fully functional.
